I made this without using the soy curls or any protein fr that matter. I have to be honest, as I was making it, I thought I had made a mistake. I subbed almond butter for peanut butter but did garnish with peanut butter. OMG! This recipe is so delicious. It is great on brown rice or brown rice pasta. I am making this again!!!!
