I used smoked tofu from the shop, as well as smoked paprika, I love smoked dishes ! nice recipe ! but could use some more ingridients doh :)

I had to add 2 vegan beef stock cubes because I felt like it didn't have enough flavour. Otherwise it was really nice!

I liked this dish a lot! Really filled up my belly! Here is what I'd do differently -more salt and pepper -less tofu (don't get me wrong I love tofu, but there was hardly any room for that much in the pot. I'd rather have less tofu absorb more stew than more tofu absorb less) -let the potatoes soak in water a little while so they soften up OR wait a good while before digging in
