We could not really understand the directions. But what we did understand we followed and it turned out ok. I've had better dinners from yum.

Turned out great! Husband almost ate them all himself...I didn't use the cauliflower batter, I used vegan mayo instead and I held the crumb mixture better...but definitely will make this again.

I did not care for this at all. The mix tastes like old bay seasoning and it did not stay on the cauliflower. I ended up removing the batter and eating the cauliflower by itself.

I used soy instead of cauliflower on the inside and it turned out great! This is definitely something that I will be doing occasionally!
