Amazing!! I even added chocolate chips for extra flavor

Fluffy! Used white vinegar because that's all I had on hand. Let it sit in the milk before adding the vanilla for a couple minutes. Preheated my cast iron skillet on medium. Added coconut oil, let melt. added 1/4c mix for each pancake.

It was really fluffy compared to the other recipes that I had tried. It came out great with a bit of banana and dark chocolate

A bit thin but that could have been my ratio. Very delicious and simple.

We used Coconut flour instead of all purpose, and the mixture didn't work. Added another cup of milk and still nothing. The taste was okay, but it was just a crumbly mess!

The pancakes were nice and fluffy. The sugar amount was to my liking, but I don't have the biggest sweet tooth. So others might want to add a little more

Great recipe thanks for putting together image a few adjustments based on texture and taste. - First, instead of vanilla extract I used almond extract (same measurement). - Next i needed to add 1/2 cup more almond milk because the consistency was rather thick for the mix. Adding another 1/2 cup loosens the mix up quite nicely. - Lastly I added a table spoon of coconut oil, again for the consistency, however also for the moisture as it helps the pancakes from getting too dry when not introducing butter or eggs. Hope this helps someone out there! 🙌🏽

I used normal flour instead of whole wheat as that was all I had at the time. turned out very light and fluffy. no idea why people put eggs in packages when these are so good!

I'm vegetarian but slowly converting into veganism and these are honestly better than dairy pancakes

They came out really yummy. I didn't use all of the wet ingredients, otherwise it would have really watery can't wait to make these again!

Delicious!! Although I used 1cup of almond flour + 1/2cup of white flour. The consistency was not thick enough so that's why I added the extra flour. I also added cinnamon and cardamom. I will definitely make this again!!

Incredibly fluffy!! But I definitely recommend putting a filling inside otherwise they are a bit bland.

Very good and fluffy.. I used equal parts white flour and corn starch for extra fluffiness and added some cinnamon and ground flaxseeds.. Topped it with some real maple syrup and chocolate sauce😋

Made these with whole wheat flour and they were so good! These pancakes are truly fluffy like the name says. We ate these with strawberries this time and will keep using this recipe with different add ins and toppings.

They took awhile to cook properly on both sides, but once they were done they were fluffy and delicious! The recipe makes exactly 8 as it says. I ate them with 100% pure maple syrup.
