    So delicious and hit the spot. I was remorseful about not buying coconut milk initially but it turned out great and creamy with my "flaxmilk protein plus" milk....and much less fat than if I had used the coconut milk.

    Easy recipe and DELICIOUS! Always my go to if I’m in a hurry and my toddler loves it, even with mashed broccoli in the sauce! Couldn’t find a good alfredo recipe and after many recipes this one is by far the best

    never tried cashew cream or vegan Alfredo sauce but i was blown away at just how similar it tasted to its non-vegan counterpart, (like 98% the same) at least with this recipe. I followed this recipe but before bringing to a pan, i sauteed mushrooms in vegan butter and fresh garlic on a low-med heat for 10 mins then dumped the sauce on that.

    YUM! what a great recipe!! so creamy and SO good. kids will love it. didnt make any adjustments, quick and easy. Great for a busy nurse with better things to do than cook! You cannot go wrong with this delicious recipe !
