  • 1/2 cup yukon gold potato (cooked/mashed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar (white vinegar is infinitely better than apple for the cream cheese flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
