  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (using mini chocolates, we use Enjoy Life Foods Chocolate)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (roasted or raw, or pecans - chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (see notes)
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (creamy, or peanut butter, no stir., adjust to oats ratio if needed)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (adjust measurements along with almond butter ratio honey works too)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
