Very good i think maybe next time ill use vegetable broth instead of water i think that will give it a good flavor

Easy and delicious! Didn’t alter much but did forget the lemon at the end and it was still good. Paired this with a simple salad and it lasted for lunch all week!

I made it with rice beacuse I didnt have lentils on hand.. also, tried using freshly sliced tomatoes instead of canned, mixed in some bell bepper and black beans and did w/o the sage. So not exactly the same recipe but it turned out super good in the end!

Nice taste,. The chickpeas taste a bit plain in the soup, I would just double the lentils and remove the chickpeas next time. I substituted spinach for kale as well and that worked fine
