I followed the recipe carefully and this is the driest I've ever had. My dog didn't even want it. I had to mash with mayo and add seasoning to make a sandwich spread out of it. Will not be making this again. Very disappointed:(

It was great. I used tomato sauce instead of ketchup and used less breadcrumbs. The texture was perfect and it took on thr flavor so well, no one guessed they were eating chickpeas.

I will definitely make this again. I have tried other vegetarian loafs and this is by far the best. I didn’t have enough Panko breadcrumbs so I used a box of Stove Top Stuffing mix and the 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs that I had. I think next time I will add a few mushrooms to make it more moist. Maybe I just cooked it a little too long.

I added more milk so it wouldn't become dry. It generally just had an odd flavor to it.

This recipe is very dry. the texture is okay, but the moisture and flavor is off. I ended up chopping it up and using it in skillet/stirfry dishes just to avoid waste.

I tried this because it was rated five stars. I won't be making it again.

Really liked it, kids really liked it, was a great success. Followed someone's previous advice on here and had a little humous on the side, but wasn't as dry as I was concerned it may be.
Yum

Husband loved it, just a little dry and expected that, he mixed it with some hummus and it was perfect.
