This Raw Vegan Dip is so rich and creamy your friends will never know that it isn't made wit the traditional Mayo base. Perfect dip to serve at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked over night)
  • 2 cloves garlic (roasted or raw)
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Slice garlic through the middle drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper, wrap in tinfoil and bake for 25 minutes or until garlic is soft. Pop out two cloves and save the rest.
    2. In a Vitamix, blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Add extra water, one tablespoon at a time if the Aoli is too thick to blend.
