This dish has a pretty good flavor. I added quinoa to soak up the liquid though. That's really the thing missing which is key I think.

I like to mix in the garlic just before I take it out of the oven. That way you really taste the garlic. So yummy!

Flavor was good. Sauce turned into more of a thick paste but was tasty. Wasn’t a huge fan of the texture but would make again and perhaps use sun dried tomatoes instead of fresh.

Made a few changes as I didn’t have fresh tomatoes or parsley so I substituted with a can of diced tomatoes, using the juice from the can instead of water and added freshly picked marjoram. It was very tasty!

I made this recipe the other night and it did not turn out anything like the picture.Mine was tomato red and tasted like cauliflower in blah tomato juice .Will NOT be making this again

A little bit too lemon-y. I would recommend only half a lemon squeezed in, not a full lemon.

Easy and quick recipe! Requires no expertise or fancy ingredients. Super tasty!! I mixed cauliflower and broccoli. Next time I will use less lemon, though.

Very good with a spicy kick however, when I made this it had more sauce than the picture. It was more like a chili than casserole but still very tasty.

This is a very flavorful dish but the title of this recipe is very misleading. It's not a casserole. It doesn't have the consistency of a casserole. It's basically seasoned cauliflower in a thin sauce which is fine but if I had known it wasn't actually a casserole I would have make a couple sides to go with it. I followed this recipe to the letter. Casseroles are hearty one dish meals and this is a side dish.

I loved it. Mine was much wetter than in picture, kind of saucy. Almost tasted like a pasta dish, would be good with parmesean cheese.
