- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 cups shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup canola (non-GMO, grapeseed or rice bran oil)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. cheese alternative (dairy-free cream, see post above for options)
- 1/3 cup cornstarch (can sub another starch, if needed)
