    def need to treat the tofu differently. next time i will crisp the outside of the tofu then crumble it.

    Took another reviewers recommendation and added soy sausage and vegan cheese. Tasted delicious!

    Turned out pretty well although a bit plain. Cooked tofu with liquid smoke separately from the veggies. Would recommend vegan sausage or cheese to make it more breakfasty
