  • 1 1/2 cups black rice (cooked, or your rice of preference)
  • 1 avocado (small, chopped)
  • 1 savory (brick, baked tofu, about 3/4 cups, chopped)
  • sesame oil
  • soy sauce (or Golden Mountain sauce, similar to soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (or chia)

Directions

  1. Add rice, chopped avocado, and chopped tofu to a cereal bowl
  2. Season to taste with sesame oil and soy sauce and stir until combined
  3. Garnish with chia or sesame seeds
