    Really good! Other recipes for vegan/GF pancakes had complaints in the reviews of not fluffing up enough, but these were amazing. The batter cooked up just like a regular one would. Definitely double (or more) the recipe as it only makes about 2 big pancakes.

    The BEST pancakes I have ever had! I added about 1/4 of a teaspoon of turmeric and cinnamon and it tasted great!

    Delicious! Surprisingly light and fluffy. Tasted like banana bread. Super easy to make. Will definitely make again!

    Amazing! I put blueberries in the batter after it was mixed, and that added a bit more sweetness, so syrup or jam wasn’t necessary when eating them. Great consistency, and will definitely add these to my list of favorites! ❤️

    Quite good. Not the most refined taste, but a nice, quick treat for in the weekend. Texture was quite dense, so I will probably add more plant-based milk next time. Would make again!

    It tasted nice, super easy to make. The only thing to keep in mind is that they don’t cook like regular pancakes, they either don’t cook thoroughly - or get dark brown almost black when they’re cooked. They taste like banana and oatmeal.

    Nice flavour, they cooked easily. I found the batter a bit heavy, from the description in the recipe I imagined a soft, fluffy texture but it was quite dense.
