Nice and easy to make. A bit bland, but I couldn't track down kalamata olives and I suspect they make the sauce pop. Will make again for a quick weekday meal.

It took a lot of effort and husband and I weren't big fans. We are new to vegan pasta though so we may not be the best reviewers as we don't know what to compare it to. It was just a little heavy I guess. We did leave out basil and cilantro and instead used dried versions in shakers so that may be why it was bland.

I personally did not really enjoy the taste of the Pesto. It tasted a little bland, but perhaps I am not used to eating Vegan.

An excellent dish! I tried to follow the recipe as closely as possible, but without the coriander and I added sliced champignons for some extra substance.

Maybe I should be disqualified for reviewing this because my avocado was not ripe and I couldn't use it, so I used olive oil instead. Still, it is soooo yummy and pretty much the perfect summer meal. Delicious, healthy, filling, refreshing. I seriously wanted to turn around and make it again the next day. I also threw in some cashews into the blender to add a little more nutty flavor. 👌🏼

It was delicious! Made it exactly as directed didn't think it could get that close to pesto.... Great recipe!
