    It was quite dry and it had a weird after taste

    Would’ve been tasty but it didn’t cook for 40 min. It was still completely batter in the middle while the crust was browning so I had to throw it out

    I had the cakes in the oven at 350 for half an hour and it wasn’t seeming to cook well the cake tasted good but just wouldn’t cook so I had to throw it out because it wouldn’t cook

    very good! i didn’t have distilled vinegar so i used white wine vinegar and it worked out great.

    Great recipe. I used half a cup of butter and half a cup of oil, and I used less milk and sugar than the recipe recommended for fear of it being too sweet (as a lot of cake recipes are) and it turned out amazing. I topped it with coffee frosting and shaved chocolate, would definitely recommend this recipe.

    I would not change anything about it! it came out perfect! and the crust carmelized on top which made a yummy snack, since i had to cut them off to form my layers. im glad i found it!
