  • 1 small egg
  • 105 ounces all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or extract)

    Directions

    1. Take your butter out of the fridge and leave for 30 minutes to soften or until your finger leaves a print on it but it's still firm.
    2. In a stand mixer in medium speed mix the butter with the sugar until it's fluffy for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and add the egg and the vanilla.
