- 6 oz. sugar
- 1 small egg
- 105 oz. all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder (or extract)
- 9 oz. white chocolate

Directions
- Take your butter out of the fridge and leave for 30 minutes to soften or until your finger leaves a print on it but it's still firm.
- In a stand mixer in medium speed mix the butter with the sugar until it's fluffy for 2-3 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and add the egg and the vanilla.
