This club sandwich comes together in around 30 minutes for a bold and filling lunch. A combination of bacon, chicken breast, and ham are the perfect combination of flavors. A smear of mayonnaise helps bring the sandwich together, while crisp lettuce and fresh tomato add a bit of lightness. Cheese adds a bit of creaminess. This triple-decker sandwich sure is a mouthful, but it will keep you full and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 chicken cutlet
  • 1 tomato
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 2 slices virginia ham

Directions

  1. Toast the bread and set aside.
  2. Add the bacon to a skillet and fry until crisp. Remove the bacon and set aside.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and saute for 5 minutes on each side until brown.
  4. Coat each slice of bread with mayonnaise. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, chicken, ham, and cheese. Top with the second slice of bread. Repeat for the second sandwich. Cut each sandwich in half, and then in half again. Skewer with a long toothpick and serve with French fries.

This is sooo good, although I put pig ham instead of bacon. Easy and fast to do, and tastes like restaurant food.

This is a restaurant quality sandwich. Very good! Easy to make and quick to the table. This is great served with soup or as a stand alone dish.
