  • 1 1/2 pie crust (portion of sweet, from this recipe)
  • 6 stems rhubarb (approx. 500 g)
  • 200 grams marzipan (recipe below)
  • 3 tablespoons almond flakes
  • 200 grams blanched almonds (or almond flour)
  • 4 tablespoons amaretto liqueur (or 1 tsp almond extract)
  • 8 tablespoons xylitol (or brown sugar, preferably ground in to powder)
  • vanilla (small pinch of dried, optional)
  • whole almonds (If you are using, first grind them into flour, then blend all the ingredients for approx. 30 seconds in a small blender container)
  • marzipan (instead of homemade, you can also use ready-made vegan marzipan)
