Easy - my 8 year old helped! Used a bag of coleslaw instead of a head of cabbage and crushed tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. The fam loved the flavor.
Made this for a family of 6, doubled the recipe. Sprinkled a little parmesan cheese and served with some warm crusty Italian bread. Delicious! Entire family loved it!
