  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs (seasoned)
  • 6 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter! spread (divided)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, then evenly brush with 2 tablespoon melted Spread. Thread chicken on 18 skewers*; dip into flour to coat. Dip into beaten egg, then bread crumbs to coat. Arrange on prepared baking sheets. Brush chicken skewers with remaining 1/4 cup melted Spread.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with prepared BBQ Sauce.
