The flavor was great but the texture was poor. I was making these for a potluck (in hindsight should have gone for a quick powdered cocoa version). They “fell” in the middle and even after 45 minutes of baking seemed to be very wet in the middle. I took them out anyway and cooled them. When I attempted to cut, the combination of hard surface and soft middle created an ugly mess. I was able to save maybe 4 among the broken pieces and crumbs. UPDATE: I made two more batches of these in a larger pan so they would be thinner. They came out great. Cut easily without breaking. Plus the first batch - was absolutely delicious the next day!! We ate all the crumbs. Not sure if the pan was the trick but if I make brownies again, this will be my go to recipe.

Moist and chocolate flavor is a subtle dark chocolate but not overwhelming the taste buds

Do NOT sub bananas for the eggs. Mine turned out like sludge after an hour of baking.

Absolutely perfect! Much better than any other recipe I've tried, and (of course) 100× better than the brownies or mix you would find at a store!

It turned out a step beyond great. The only issue i had was the top cracking badly. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.
