Description
Tzatziki is a traditional greek sauce that is served as an accompaniment to meat or as a dip. Rich, creamy yogurt is mixed with cool cucumbers and vibrant mint before getting a splash of lemon and sprinkle of salt for a satisfying and refreshing dish. Enjoy this with some sliced meat, fresh baked pita, or drizzled over a salad of crisp vegetables.

- 3In a bowl, mix cucumber, chopped mint, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add cheese and mix.
- 4Serve with slices of toasted bread rubbed with garlic, or bread sticks.
