Description
This recipe for Twice Baked Potatoes is packed with savory flavor and oh so delicious. Baked until tender, the inside of the potatoes is scooped out and added to a savory mixture of sauteed onion and garlic, sausage, cabbage, and cream. The potato skins are filled with this creamy and savory filling and topped with cheese and then baked until melty and golden. Serve as a side at your next big family dinner event, they will simply fly off the plate.

- 1 potato
- meat
- sausage
- cabbage (Boiled, diced)
- 1 dash bacon grease
- 1 piece onion (minced)
- 1 clove (garilc, minced)
- 1 dash whipping cream

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius. Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, until tender.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and let cool enough to handle. Cut into half and scoop out the flesh.
- Saute the garlic in the oil. Add the onion. When transparent, add the sausage and cabbage. Stir frquently and add the potato. Stir in the cream. Add salt to taste.
- Fill the potato skins with the filling and serve.
