  • 1/3 cup cane sugar (natural, or muscovado sugar, I omitted this because the fruits are already so sweet!)
  • 5 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 pineapple (medium sized, diced)
  • 2 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 fuji apples
  • 5 1/2 cups sweet cherries (halved and pitted)
  • 1/4 cup dried currants (omitted)
  • 1/4 cup wine (Beaujolais, omitted)
