    This dish tasts great and looks great. I added it as a side to Parmasan chicken casserole. I did dip the tomatoes in the oil based mix, added shredded parmasan, and additional italian seasoning.

    So easy...great way to brighten up an otherwise boring veggie. Prep takes 5 minutes....
