    Flavour was amazing with a perfect hint of fennel. Directions were poorly explained. I doubled the recipe for a 9x13 pan....inexperienced lasagna maker so I didn’t realize that I had to put mozzarella on top of the last noodle layer followed by a topping of Parmesan. Will be again and perfect the assembly!
