Ingredients

  • 2 servings
  • 1 turnips
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 6 strawberries
  • parsley (to taste)
  • 2 chive flowers
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. 1Julienne cut the raw turnip. Arrange on a board or plate.
  2. 2Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes, and sprinkle on top of turnip.
  3. 3Slice the strawberries, add to salad.
  4. 4Add fresh parsley and chive flowers.
  5. 5Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little salt, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
