    This recipe is similar to the one on the back of a pre-washed bagged of turnip greens I bought. instead of a stick of butter, I used olive oil. Did not need cooking spray for anything. I cooked the onions in the oil for a few minutes than added the brown sugar and pepper. about 7 minutes into cooking and stirring that, I added garlic, sliced green peppers, and red pepper flakes. Let it cook for a few more minutes than added the greens and 1/4 cup of “Not chicken” stock. Let it cook until wilted. overall good probably gonna tweak it more so it’s my taste but everyone loved it. Served with Mac and cheese, tofu nuggets, and waffles

    The dish was easy to make and tasty. This is my first Thanksgiving as a vegan and I wanted to still have some of the traditional dishes. This absolutely met my expectations.
