This dressing when really well with my spiced chicken salad. I reduced the amounts, as there were only a couple of us, omitted the shallot, as already had fried onion and bacon with the chicken, added a squirt of lime juice, because I thought it would go well... it did and used stevia, in place of honey, as we are on a keto diet... Verdict: Very nice! Thank you : )!
