  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (Sriracha, found in major grocery stores, in Asian aisle)

  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 16 ounces kidney beans (drained)
  • 16 ounces black beans (drained)
  • 16 ounces diced tomatoes (can Italian, with juices)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 green pepper (large, seeded and chopped)
  • 2 onions (medium, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
