Great! I added my own herbs/spices, but the base is solid.
They were easy to make. I would like to add feta cheese to the mixture if I made this again. Also- they would work better as an appetizer than an entree. I ate them as an entree 🙄 Good flavor, just needed something else, like cheese!

I love this recipe as a starter. I added an egg as well as some seasoning salt, garlic, basil...just flavors that i really like. (The seasoning in this recipe is pretty bland which is ok!) Flavor to your own taste! You can basically play with that each time. They came out so yummy and were excellent as left-overs.

These are really delicious! I made them as an appetizer for Easter but I had to taste a few to make sure they turned out okay. 😋 Instead of cilantro and green onion, I used dried minced onion, dried basil, and Italian seasoning along with the garlic, salt, and pepper. I also added an egg as one of the reviewers suggested. Will definitely make again!

I did substitute the cilantro for basil as my husband does not like cilantro. Plus I only added 3 Tbs not 4 and sprinkled in a little cheese last minute. Great easy snack! Will make again.

I omitted the cilantro and added Italian seasoning & Old Bay. Super versatile. Can be used as the main meat with sides, or in a sub or with pasta & sauce. Love the zucchini in this recipe. A sneaky way of adding more veggies without my kids realizing it.

They turned out really bland the first time I made them. which was a surprise since they smelled amazing out of the oven. I added salt to the next batch, and tried Angela P's suggestion of using an egg for better binding. Much better!
Turned out quite bland and tasteless - didn't really like this recipe much. Also quite dry, but that could be me holding it on grill too long.

Fantastic!!! I added a few ingredients...instead of salt I added some Kikkoman Ponzu (Lime or Lemon), some grated ginger and a little sesame seed oil (olive oil good too)! I used chicken breast instead of turkey and quick chopped the chicken in my Cuisinart.

I added some chopped jalapeno's. Awesome. I also baggie them up,5 per baggie. Great healthy snack or meal.

Amazing! I didn't squeeze water out of zucchini and added 1 egg for binding. Baked on 450 first 10 min to seal moisture then lowered to 400. Moist flavorful light guiltless. Love it

So delicious and great to keep in the freezer, I just take out a few for lunch and fry them up. I added extra garlic for a bit more punch.
