One of my son's favorite dinners...and everyone in the house loved these- so we have a winner!!! Love that it has no garlic bc 2 of us are sensitive and also love that the veggies are built right in. Super yummy and super easy (I am not the best chef!).

Made this recipe twice, doubling the quantities and came out great! I also added dried garlic and onion powder, grated Parmesan and sub the breadcrumbs with garbanzo flour and almond flour. Thumbs up from The family!

Delicious and tender! I subbed 3/4 cup rolled oats, partially pulverized in the blender, in place of the breadcrumbs. It turned out awesome (and gluten free)! I used 3/4 tsp of salt, which turned out well (not too salty).

Best meatballs I've ever had!!! They were so flavorful and juicy. I suggest putting them under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp the outside.

Fantastic!! Best part was sneaking in the veggies. I doubled the batch and froze half for another meal and they even reheated amazingly. I didn't make any modifications to the recipe. Served the first batch as individual appetizers at my Canada day party Canadian flag tooth picks to decorate.
