Added more garlic and onion because I love it so much! Also about a half cup more rice because I don’t eat much meat and I wanted it to still be filling. Great and delicious recipe!

This was so good! The best thing about it is that it’s healthy.
delicious! I used extra lean ground beef and basmati rice since that was what I had on hand. Great recipe, not too much moisture.

The best stuffed peppers I have ever made! I had not ever used ground turkey for stuffed peppers so I did not know how they would turn out but they were the most delicious ones I have ever made!

Pretty good if you’re craving a certain sauce to put on it (me it’s peri-peri). But otherwise, it’s pretty plain. The turkey doesn’t taste awful though, which usually ground turkey does.
Came out really good !!
4 stars because I did have to add more seasonings to match my tastes, it was a little bland beforehand. Afterwards though, it was very tasty. Made it for mothers day and would make again.

These are quite tasty!! Not usually a fan of ground turkey but these had great flavor and are much more healthy than typical stuffed peppers

this was very good.I followed the recipe except I put 2/3 cup of chicken broth and instead of tomato sauce i add 3/4 can of diced tomatoes.I will be making this again.
This was okay. Kinda bland. Next time I'll add more seasonings and probably more tomato sauce.

I didn’t have chicken broth so just used water. It was still good but I’m sure it would’ve been better with the chicken broth.
My family loved these and I had to promise and make them again

I used this reciepe and added my own twist, I bought 4 spicy Italian CHICKEN sausages & 4 multicolored red/yellow peppers. I used a large clove of garlic & no garlic powder [The sausages were already seasoned. ] All the ingredients going into the peppers were cooked so I BLANCHED the peppers for 3 minutes in boiling water then stuffed them. I only baked the peppers for 25 minutes. I used sheets of sharp cheddar on top & NO RICE as well as Cumin seeds instead of powder & a small red hop pepper. They came out delicous and there was no need for the binding & starch in the rice.

Turned out really good, but I modified the recipe because I did not have tomato sauce so I used chopped Roma tomatoes. Also, made it vegan.

Yum! I’d recommend a couple more herbs to bring out the flavor, but this was tasty. My 3-year-old ate an entire serving, which really proves it’s good. I mixed in Nutritional Yeast Flakes to add a cheesy taste since I’m dairy-free at the moment.
