This was pretty delicious, I must say. I folded in 8 oz of sautéed mushrooms just right before I put the mixture in the pie tin. I recommend “deep dish” pie crust if you’re purchasing pre-made. I forgot to add peas but still okay without. Truly excellent flavor. I did add a bit of cayenne and onion powder along with garlic because I’m excessive but you probably don’t need it. Maybe in the future I wouldn’t use potatoes; not a game changer for me.
