  • 8 ounces enchilada sauce (packet of Frontera Green Chili, with Roasted Tomatillo & Garlic by Rick Bayless, or any enchilada sauce of your choice)
  • 64 ounces chicken broth (Low or no-sodium)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped for recipe and garnish)
  • plain yogurt (or Greek, for garnish, optional)
  • non fat cheese (or Low)
