- 12 ounces stuffing mix (dry bread)
- 5 cups water
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 4 celery (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons dried sage
- 12 pounds giblets (whole turkey, neck and, removed)

This was a quick and simple ingredient list for stuffing a turkey. I was afraid the water would make it too bland, so I used turkey stock instead. I think it was a good move. The sage smelled so good while it cooked.
