Ingredients

  • 13 ounces tuna (drained and flaked)
  • 1/4 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
  • 1/4 cup prepared salsa
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 3 oz)

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine tuna, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and salsa. Evenly spread three tortillas with tuna mixture; top with cheese, then remaining tortillas.
  2. In 12-inch skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook quesadillas over medium heat, one at a time, turning once, until lightly golden and cheese is melted. Cut into triangles and serve, if desired, with shredded lettuce and additional salsa.

Big hit with the kids and so quick and easy! I think next time I’ll do a little more salsa I used whole wheat tortilla and that canceled the salsa out a little Other than that, perfect! Definitely keeping this one!

The way this recipe is written, it is a little dry I would suggest using 1/3 cup of each salsa and mayo. Other than that, it is a very quick, easy, and tasty recipe

Not very impressed with the complexity or balance of the flavour. A little too simple and overbearing for my taste.
