  • 3 tomatoes (small, or a handful of cherry tomatoes, diced in medium sized pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced (thinly)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing (your favorite)
