  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 1/2 ounces baby spinach leaves (2 packed cups, roughly chopped)
  • 15 ounces cannellini beans (rinsed and drained, I like to use Bush's Beans)
  • 5 ounces tuna, drained and flaked (solid white)
  • 1/2 red onion (small, finely chopped, about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped, about 2/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (coarsely)
