Ingredients

  • 14 ounces baby beets (can whole, drained)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (at room temperature, chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 6 1/2 ounces tuna in spring water (canned, drained, flaked)
  • 2 tablespoons chives (chopped)
  • pita bread (toasted, to serve)

Directions

  1. Place beets, cream cheese and garlic in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Stir in tuna and chives.
  2. Break toasted pita bread into pieces and serve with dip.
