Description

Ingredients

50 milliliters soy sauce
50 milliliters orange juice
fish sauce
corn starch
water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tuna steaks
salt

Directions

1Mix the soy sauce and orange juice with a drizzle of fish sauce.
2Add the mixture to a saucepan on low heat. If a thicker sauce is desired, add cornstarch diluted in water.
3Heat the griddle on medium heat and add the oil Season the tuna with salt and sear them for about 3 minutes on each side. Drizzle the tuna with sauce.
