Ingredients

  • 50 milliliters soy sauce
  • 50 milliliters orange juice
  • fish sauce
  • cornstarch
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tuna steaks
  • salt

Directions

  1. Mix the soy sauce and orange juice with a drizzle of fish sauce.
  2. Add the mixture to a saucepan on low heat. If a thicker sauce is desired, add cornstarch diluted in water.
  3. Heat the griddle on medium heat and add the oil Season the tuna with salt and sear them for about 3 minutes on each side. Drizzle the tuna with sauce.

We all love tuna steak and this is a great way to prepare it. I love the citrus flavor the orange juice adds. I didn't have fish sauce but other than that followed the recipe exactly. Turned out great!
