Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 chipotle peppers (smoked)
1 eggs
salt
ground black pepper
10 ounces canned tuna
1/2 cup string cheese (shredded)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Place the slices of bread inside a baking dish.
3Add the tomato sauce, chipotle pepper, egg, and a pinch of salt and black pepper) to a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour this mixture onto the bread.
4Add a layer of tuna onto the bread, and then a layer of cheese onto the tuna. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
5Remove the dish and allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with slices of avocado on top, if desired.
