Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna (in water/drained)
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (cut into quarters)
  • 6 black olives
  • 1/3 cup bell pepper (canned)
  • 3 tablespoons red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch oregano (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 slices bread

Directions

  1. 1Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. 2Add an equal amount of the tuna mixture to 4 slices of bread and then cover with the other half of bread.
