    i altered the recipe a little by using half mayo and half unsweetened yoghurt and it turned out really yum!

    Wonderful, I left out the parsley. Added a bit more mayo.

    You can never go wrong with a nice salad like this! Instead of relish (ew, pickles!), I used dijion mustard and it turned out pretty good. Thanks for the great recipe!
