Quick and easy, this tuna pate can last the week and is perfect on a sandwich or paired with crackers. For an easy lunch on the go or a delicious snack at home, this pate combines the flavors of tuna with those of garlic and cilantro for a savory creamy salad you will want to make again and again. Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15 cilantro sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cans tuna

Directions

  1. 1Ideally using food processor, although it can be done manually, grind the garlic and cilantro.
  2. 2Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic powder, and tuna. Grind or puree until the desired consistency is achieved.
  3. 3Serve with croutons, salted crackers, or even bread!.
