Oftentimes in a home kitchen you will find a traditional dish that is stored in the cold temperature for a snack in a rush. This Tuna Pasta Salad is the perfect dish for this use. It can be prepared and saved in the fridge for the family to enjoy at any time. The great thing about doing this is it can be eaten when you are in a rush or not in the mood to cook. Ingredients

pasta
150 grams penne
1 carrots
1/3 cup onions
1 tomatoes
3 jalapeno chilies
4 teaspoons parsley
2 cups lettuce
2 cans tuna
avocado
1/4 cup juice
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise

Directions

1Prepare the pasta until well done, following the instructions on the package. Drain well and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2Mix the carrot, onion, tomato, jalapenos, parsley, lettuce, tuna, and pasta together in a large salad bowl.
3Whisk together the pickled jalapeno juice, mustard, and mayonnaise and mix into the salad.
4Serve topped with avocado slices.
