Ingredients

10 ounces tuna
oil
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 carrots (medium, peeled and grated)
1/4 cup onions (minced)
1 eggs
1/4 cup bread crumbs (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil
lettuce (chopped)
tomatoes (slices)
2 teaspoons light mayonnaise
pepper (pickled jalapenos)
pickles

Directions

1Drain the tuna and mix it in a bowl with the oats, carrots, onion, and egg. If the mixture is too moist, you may add a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
2Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium heat.
3Make small patties (about 1 cm. thick). Cook each side for up to 8 minutes until they become golden brown.
4To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise with the jalapenos and pickles.
5Place the patties on a bed of lettuce and tomato and serve with the dressing.
