Ingredients

  • 4 chile pepper (poblano, grilled, peeled, with seeds removed)
  • 2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1 potatoes (small, cubed and cooked until tender)
  • 3 tablespoons onions (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons parsley (minced)
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 can tomato purée
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 piece onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano (ground)
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. 1Mix the tuna with the potato, onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Fill the chile peppers with the tuna mixture
  3. 3Make the broth by blending the tomato puree with the water, mustard, onion, garlic, and oregano. Saute the mixture in a hot skillet with a little cooking spray and let simmer until of the desired consistency.
  4. 4Serve the chiles in the broth.
